If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we will issue a credit to your account.

By placing an order on Levsox®, you authorize payment service to debit your account for the amount of your purchase. You also authorize payment service to withhold such amounts as long-term payment authorizations to create a reserve.
In rare cases, payment service may decline an order that appears legitimate. This may happen if the billing address and shipping address don’t match, or the order seems unusual based on previous purchases using the same card number.
If payment service declines an order, we will contact you. You are not obligated to move forward with the purchase, but you may be asked to update your information or provide additional details to verify your identity. This allows us to ensure that the person placing the order is the legitimate cardholder.
Refunds and returns policy
You may return items within 14 days of delivery: We offer full refunds on all returns that are received by us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
We do not refund the original shipping charges on returns: Only the cost of the item itself is refundable – original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in original condition: All items must be returned unused, in the state that you received them. All tags must still be attached and products must not have been washed or worn.

Sales of personalised or custom items are final: Due to the personalised or customizable nature of some items, no refunds can be provided except in the case of a defective product.
